Welcome to Dublin

An idyllic community — friendly and vibrant
Residents of Dublin weren't at all surprised when their community earned the title of "Best Place to Live in Ohio" in 2018. After all, they already know how great their community is in terms of great homes, great schools, and being close to jobs, plus, it's home to a host of fun things to do throughout the year.

Dublin offers a wide variety of real estate options. Many of the homes in the area are newer — and impressive in size, having at least two stories. Some homes are located in neighborly, walkable suburban areas, and others are situated on the outskirts of the community, giving them almost a pastoral feel. All are very well-maintained with beautiful, lush outdoor vegetation situated on generous-sized yards.

What to Love

  • Fantastic schools everywhere
  • Many walkable areas
  • Up-and-coming Dublin Bridge Street District
  • Numerous parks, community events, and bike paths

Local Lifestyle

It's clear that Dublin residents love their community. The great schools, the beautiful, well-kept homes, and the clean, walkable neighborhoods all speak to the public and private efforts to create a dynamic place in which to raise a family. Dublin is also a great place for seniors who like the area for its friendly communities, and of course, an opportunity to be close to their grandchildren.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

The Pearl is the ideal location for a drink after work or a fun date night in a comfortably sophisticated setting. Known for its oysters and its fantastic cocktails, it also offers made-from-scratch comfort food. True to its name, Fado Pub & Kitchen has an upscale pub-like atmosphere in which it serves a variety of authentic European dishes. The North Market Bridge Park is a great place to let your culinary imagination go wild. Select from a variety of food-oriented shops that offer baked goods, smoothies, and coffees, as well as restaurants offering BBQ, Greek, Mexican fare, and much more.

For shopping, the Boho 72 boutique is a great place to find unique women's jewelry, clothing, and items for the home.

Things to Do

The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is just minutes away in nearby northwest Columbus. This 400-acre animal habitat houses over 600 species of animals for guests to view. The zoo and aquarium also hosts special events throughout the year. The Riverside Crossing Park Plaza is a beautiful area alongside the Scioto River. Among other things, the plaza hosts live music events and festivals. Many more activities are planned for the plaza, including providing access to nature trails, places for kayaking and canoeing, and much more.

Golf fans will be happy to learn Dublin is home to the annual Memorial Golf Tournament. The golf tournament is hosted by the Muirfield Village Golf Club and showcases some of the best golfers in the world.

With a name like Dublin, it's no surprise that the Dublin community looks forward to its annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. Special events are held throughout the day, and the parade itself features over 100 groups, including marching bands, antique vehicles, floats, and equestrian teams.
